Bounce House Guidelines and Policy

Helpful Information

Contract Agreement

A signed Rental Contract Agreement is required prior to set up. The contract is binding and will be enforced. We can email you a contract that will be emailed at the time of booking the bounce house.
A 72-hour cancellation is required to receive a full refund. If the cancellation is out of the 72-hour range, we will refund 50% or you can reschedule for a later date. We make exceptions for bad weather; we will refund the full amount if it rains prior to the bounce house arriving at the event location. If our bouncer team is sent out and the weather is bad when we arrive, we will charge $25 for travel.

Deposit, Delivery & Overnight

 A 50% Deposit is due at the time of booking the bounce house.

Delivery is free within 25 miles of Westminster and the Denver Metro Area. All areas outside will require a travel fee. After 25 miles the charge will begin at $25 plus a $1 per mile thereafter.

Overnight Option is available with an additional $50.00 fee. Next day pick-ups are between 8AM & NOON.

It’s the customer’s responsibility to measure the setup location to make sure the bounce house fits. Must be an entrance to the backyard.

Set Up Processes

  • Electricity –   An electrical outlet for the bounce house blower. We can supply extension cords if needed. 

  • Staking - The bounce house is required to be staked to the ground. We have other options if the ground is a solid surface.

  • Parks –Check the City Parks and Recreation if bounce houses are allowed prior to booking.

  • Stairs -  $20 additional fee for stairs. 10 stairs max if any more an additional $1 will be added per stair. 

Glow Sticks/Silly String/Sharp Objects

 NO SILLY STRING INSIDE THE BOUNCE HOUSE OR AROUND THE BOUNCE HOUSE. Silly string causes damage to vinyl. Broken glow sticks and sharp objects can slice and puncture holes into the bounce house. If damage is caused to the bounce house, the customer will be at fault and will be required to pay $1500 for damages.

ADDITIONAL FEES

  • Hard surface set up (driveway, patio, street etc.) - $50.00 

  • Delivery fee (based location delivery area) Call for a quote 

  • Additional inflatable clean up (face paint, ink, candy, mud, excessive water etc.) - $50.00 

  • Glow Stick/Silly string/Sharp Objects (canned spray string) on any inflatable (will damage vinyl) -$1500
